Every year, the world’s IT security community gathers in a unique location for a remarkable event known to all simply as ‘The SAS’.  For several days they debate and discuss the evolving cyber-threat landscape, present cutting-edge research, share information on new technologies, and find new ways to improve collaboration in the fight against cybercrime.

2018 marks the 10th anniversary of the Security Analyst Summit, and to celebrate the occasion the event returns to Cancun, welcoming high-caliber anti-malware researchers, global law enforcement agencies and CERTs, senior executives from financial services, technology, healthcare, academia and government agencies, and leading technology media, among others. Confirmed participants for 2018 already include senior representatives from Microsoft, Google, Avast, Telstra, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, Talos, SecurityWeek, Qintel, ThreatBook, FireEye and Cisco Talos, among many others.

The results will power IT security strategies and research for the remainder of 2018, and forge new relationships and strengthen existing ones – all with the shared goal of making cyberspace a safer place for all.
