Tickets for next year’s FIA WEC curtain-raiser – the 6 Hours of Silverstone (4-5 September 2020) – have today gone on sale.
Early bird tickets are now on sale for a reduced price.
The British leg of the World Championship will see the race return to its popular 6 hour duration and also marks an exciting new era for the WEC as it will be the first that the Hypercar is seen in competitive action.
Alongside the new premier Le Mans Hypercar category which will replace the LMP1 category, the WEC will also include action from the hotly-contested LMP2 class as well as the popular LMGTE Pro and LMGTE Am categories.
And if that’s not enough, the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) as well as the other support series will create a festival of motorsport that has become the trademark of this popular event.
The 6 hour WEC race will run on Saturday 5 September, with the ELMS 4 hour event due to take place the following day (Sunday 6 September).
Advanced ticket prices for the event start from £15 for a limited time only with weekend passes priced at an early bird price of £50.
Children aged 15 and under go free on any day, access to available grandstands will be free and there will be the usual open paddocks, pit walks and autograph sessions with the drivers.
Buy your reduced ticket now and get ready to celebrate the start of an exciting new in WEC!
