MEDIA ADVISORY: INDYCAR’s Kanaan, NASCAR’s Nemechek Join 5,000 Students For Speeding To Read Championship Assembly

of Verizon IndyCar Series driver Tony Kanaan and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver John Hunter Nemechek visiting with more than 5,000 elementary school students for the Texas Motor Speedway Speeding To Read Championship Assembly held Tuesday at the motorsports venue located in Fort Worth, Texas.

The images include Kanaan and Nemechek taking part in the assembly with nine of the 10 Dallas/Fort Worth schools that competed this past year including the presentation of trophies, water pistol contest with students and various shots of the champions and crowd.

Kanaan and Nemechek were visiting to promote the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Rattlesnake 400 on Friday, June 9, and Verizon IndyCar Series Rainguard Water Sealers 600 on Saturday, June 10, at Texas Motor Speedway.
