To further support amfAR’s fundraising, Moët Hennessy will offer a one-of-a-kind, live-auction lot created specifically for amfAR Gala Los Angeles, an Australian Wine Excursion with Cape Mentelle. The three-day experience allows for guests to explore the untamed majesty of the Margaret River region, visit the estate vineyards, which produce grapes for their award-winning Cabernet, meet the winemaker, and enjoy an intimate, behind-the-scenes tour of the winery followed by a food and wine pairing experience in the Cabernet Cellar.
With Moët Hennessy’s support, amfAR has been able to fund 18 Innovation grants to scientific teams that include 74 scientists in all, as well as invest in game-changing, multi-year projects like the amfAR Institute for HIV Cure Research, the only consortium of its kind in the world.
